Terms and Conditions of Booking

Thank you for considering Living Bridge for a Healing Retreat, event or course.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please carefully review the following booking Terms and Conditions. By making an application or booking and clicking Agree (at the top right of this page) you agree to comply with these terms.

Booking for Healing Retreats only

In order for us to offer you a Healing retreat we must have received a recommendation from one of our Prayer Ministers or your pastor.

It has always been our policy not to charge for Healing Retreats but we have found ourselves on occasion with ‘no show’ delegates who have not advised us of their change in circumstances which prevent them from attending.

The Prayer Ministers are appointed and allocated to a particular guest well in advance of the Healing Retreat and all Prayer Ministers are volunteers who make their own travel arrangements. It is therefore disappointing for Prayer Ministers to arrive and find that they have no guest to whom to minister. We have therefore decided that delegates should make a refundable deposit of £30 to secure their reservation as stated below:

Booking Confirmation and Payment for Healing Retreats only:

• A refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your reservation. Your place will be confirmed once your deposit is received.
• We will provide you with a form to complete at the Healing Retreat so that we can refund your deposit.

Cancellation Policy for Healing Retreats only:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable for ‘no shows’ on the start day.
• Cancellations made due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a family or medical emergency, up to 72 hours prior to the retreat will be refunded in full. After that we will need to use our discretion.

Bookings for courses and events:

Booking confirmation and Payment for courses and events:

• The course or event fee is due in full at the time of booking by debit or credit card.

Cancellation Policy for courses and events:

• Cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance of the course will be refunded in full, 75% refund if less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week. No refunds for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event unless a medical emergency.

Participant Information:

• Participants are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Schedule:

• Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule and guidelines provided by the facilitators.
• Please note that we are unable to provide for specific dietary requirements. All attendees are asked to bring their own packed lunch or purchase from nearby shops on the day. Hot drinks will be provided at the venue.

Facility Use:

• Participants are expected to treat the venue and its facilities with respect.
• Any damages caused by participants will be their responsibility.

Liability:

• Living Bridge is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the a Healing Retreat, course or event.

Force Majeure:

• Living Bridge is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

Privacy:

• Participant information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of the retreat, course or event. Please see our Privacy Policy on the website for further information regarding Privacy.

Miscellaneous:

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the venue.
• In the event of a participant wishing to bring an assistance dog, please make any requests when making your booking. At present we are using a variety of venues, not all of which can accept animals.
• Living Bridge reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated to the booking party.
