Introduction to Prayer Ministry Skills

Introduction To Prayer Ministry Skills

Saturday 14th September, 9:30am til 5:15pm

Farnham Vineyard, The Vineyard Centre, Church House, Union Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7PT

Perhaps you are already a member of the Prayer Ministry Team at your church but would like to learn and understand in greater depth the skills used in Healing Ministry.

Perhaps you have a heart to see people healed and are praying for them but not seeing those prayers answered.

The Prayer Ministry course delivers biblical teaching on Prayer Ministry, along with demonstration ministry into the issues being taught so that you can see how it works in practice.  Each day ends with a small workshop group, under the expert guidance of one of our experienced Prayer Ministers, where you will take it in turns to practise the skills that you have been learning by praying for other people in your workshop group.

We expect God to bring his healing touch to some areas in your own life as you take on board the teaching and receive prayer on this course.

Topics covered on Introduction to Prayer Ministry Skills:

Introduction and Foundations

Forgiveness and bitter root judgement

Generational Sin

Belief systems

Workshop  - putting skills into practice under supervision of a Living Bridge Prayer Minister

Lordship and Baptism of Holy Spirit

This course is a pre-requisite for the main Prayer Ministry Skills course (available to book soon) that runs on three further Saturdays in October and November. Completion of both courses is required for the long weekend Prayer Ministry Skills Workshop in January.

This course is offered at a discounted rate as you are coming on this course to help others by taking God’s healing out to your own fellowships.

In order to help your financial planning, each day of the Prayer Ministry Skills course costs £30 and we are currently working on a cost for the final weekend workshop.

If you are concerned about the financial commitment for this course it may be that your own church or fellowship might be willing to support your training costs, as your training will be of benefit to them.

The dates of the further three Saturdays are:

12th October

9th November

30th November

We will publish the dates and venue of the final event of the course, the weekend workshop shortly.  It will take place in January 2025.
